Hire Co-op Talent from DeGroote’s Master of Management in AI & Analytics

DeGroote is launching a new graduate program — the Master of Management in AI & Analytics (MMAIA) — designed to prepare students for data-driven and analytics-focused roles.

A required four-month co-op work term (May–August) is a core component of the program, with the first cohort of students available for employment starting May 2027. We expect 50–60 students annually.

MMAIA students will bring strong quantitative and analytical skillsets, with hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and cloud-based analytics tools, and will be well suited for Data Analyst, AI Analyst, and Business Analyst roles.
